Here is a little bit about me

I’m a Virtual Assistant with over 20 years experience of working as an administrator and I own Victoria’s Admin.

My employed working life was spent in Financial Services, Estate Agency and most recently working as a Planning Assistant for an Architect and Planning Consultancy Firm.

Now if you’re thinking that I have not worked in your line of business I can assure you that no matter what your trade or business is there is one thing that everyone has in common – THEY NEED A GREAT ADMINISTRATOR!

I love to organise people and create processes to make working lives run a lot smoother.  A few examples of how I could help would be to clean up that email inbox with thousands of messages, I could set you up some templates on excel for future use or I could create a smart professional mailout to send to you existing clients.

I really enjoy the good old fashioned admin work such as copy and audio typing, creating formatted documents and customer service work.

I’m insured and a member of the Association of Professional Virtual Assistants so you can be certain that I offer a completely professional service.

Q Where do I start?

If you would like to work with me, I will organise a time that is convenient with you for either a telephone or video call for us to meet and discuss your requirements. We can then work together on creating a plan going forward.

Q Is there a minimum amount of hours I have to book your services for?

I work on a pay per hour basis so the great news is that there is no minimum hours you are required to book me for. All I ask is that you can provide me with notice if you believe you have a large project coming up so that I can allocate the time for you.

Alternatively, I can offer a retainer rate where you can pre-book a number of hours a week so you are guaranteed my availability - more information on this can be found on my website.

Q How do I communicate with you?

I like to work closely with my clients so although I am 'Virtual' I am still available to call, email, video call when you need me. It's soo important to keep talking to ensure that we are working well together.

Q How do I know what work you have carried out?

I use time tracking software so that I can send you a report to show how much time I have spent on your tasks. I also use task management software which you would be able to access so that you can add/remove tasks when required.
