My primary service offering is as a Virtual Executive Assistant. It’s what I do best, and whilst I don’t mind add-on admin tasks, it’s organisation, management and ‘cracking the whip’ where I can assist my clients best:

With 20 years of delivering excellent executive business support, I have the tools & savvy to help move businesses forward, leaving my clients to concentrate their time on their clients & business growth.

Before setting up my business, I was an EA for management consultancies, including McKinsey & Company – where no two days were ever the same and full of complex scheduling & travel itineraries.

Q What do you pride yourself on when it comes to delivering your VA services?

I pride myself on communication, speed & efficiency. Communication being the key to any virtual relationship, as it builds trust early on. Speed & efficiency as I provide a service that is chargeable by time and as I'm client facing, I like to ensure I deal with requests efficiently.

Q What is you favourite type of role?

My Executive Assistant service is by far my favourite role, in fact the busier the better - I love sending emails & arranging meetings, updating diaries & dealing with travel itineraries.

Q What steps do you have in place to offer your clients security?

I am ICO registered, fully insured, have external back-up solutions in place and recommend that my clients share their sensitive information with me via Lastpass - a secure online vault.

Q How do you effectively communicate with clients?

During the onboarding process, I will determine the level of support you require. Once you have signed your contract with The VA Bee, I offer one hour of onboarding, this is your chance to talk me through your systems & processes, as well as you & me agreeing to the best method of communication and frequency of catching up. I use, Slack, Whatsapp, Skype & have an office phone line, so there are no shortages of ways in communicating with me.
