I’m Francesca and I run Supportif – creating calm from chaos for small business owners.
As a polished and experienced Virtual Assistant, I am patient, diligent and have meticulous attention to detail. I support business owners in the day to day operational management of their business so they can focus on the more important tasks at hand.
I’m mindful and empathetic of the pressures business owners face and so I make it my goal to alleviate those as best I can, acting as their eyes and ears and a trusted advisor, helping to shape and execute their strategies by pre-empting future issues with creative solutions and team relationship management.
With a degree of financial acumen, I’m able to help navigate the budget process and track day to day spending. Reporting on weekly and monthly numbers is something I’m a strong advocate of.
I come from a career supporting senior leaders with HR and Executive Search so I’m able to offer HR administration as well as outsourced recruitment activities as a value add to any client I work with.
I’m quickly able to assimilate new technologies having worked with a plethora of different systems such as Oracle, Xero, Salesforce and team collaboration sites including Trello, Slack and Asana. WordPress, Wix and Canva are some of my creative favourites.
Projects I have managed include an office move (from sourcing a space to day 1), website development, contract and bid management, rebranding and a refresh of an EVP amongst others.
I enjoy event management having organised many client networking events for c-suite executives, breakfast meetings for circa 100 CRO’s and CFO’s, team off-sites, complex international travel itineraries and overseas event co-ordination.
There is always a solution to a problem – it’s just a matter of approaching it in the right way.
