Who am I?

After 15 years as a personal / executive assistant in various companies in and around Paris, I started My Bilingual VA when I realised that there was a growing need from businesses and sole traders for virtual administrative services, that are only paid for when needed, with no recruitment costs or need for a permanent contract. I am now able to assist both French and English speaking businesses, wherever they may be in the world.

My services include:

EA/PA: diary management, email administration, travel organisation and expenses management, Word and Powerpoint documents – preparation, formatting, proofreading and mail merge, Excel spreadsheets: data entry, creation and modification, invoicing and credit control, management of telephone and post, minute taking, audio typing.

Event management: preparation of stands for professional fairs (selection and liaison with suppliers, budget management, on-site support), organisation of meetings and seminars.

HR tasks: Training – annual training plan, liaison with suppliers; recruitment : writing and publication of job offers, Curriculum Vitae management, organisation of interviews; organisation of annual evaluations and follow up, personnel administration (management of holiday, time worked, organisation of medical visits), knowledge and experience of health and safety regulations in the workplace, organisational of professional elections for employee representatives, creation of a business continuity plan.

Communication: website management, social media management (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter), mailing (email and letters), editing and adding to content to newsletters, preparation of press reviews, transcription, translations (FR – Eng / Eng – FR).

German, Spanish and Italian.

I also have a good knowledge of Adobe Acrobat Pro, Ciceron, Clipper, CTT Paie, DeltaView, HR Access, Lotus Notes, Maconomy, SAP, Serengeti Tracker, Webhire, WordPress, Xmind.

Other information:

I’ve been a member of VIP VA since October 2016,  I gained the French BTS qualification (equivalent of an HND) to be an Executive Assistant in 2016 and have been working as a virtual assistant for two and a half years. 
I won the award for Best Support Service for Expats in Paris organised by Expatriates Magazine in 2017.
