Hi, I’m Lisa, and I run Above & Beyond Admin Services.
I have over 10 years’ experience as a VA and EA. I’m trained in Business Administration, Bookkeeping, Customer service, International Trade and Service, and Project management.
Business owners are often overstretched or too caught up in running their business, rather than growing it. From my experience, the top three administration issues business owners tend to come to me with, are:

Before moving into the EA and VA field, I was a global account manager for a large logistics company. I co-ordinated end to end logistics solutions for many blue-chip companies, including those in the Military, Aerospace and Retail sectors. I was fortunate to have my efforts recognised, and was awarded Runner Up BIFA Young Freight Forwarder of the Year, UKACC Customer Service Agent of the Year and the YRC President’s Award Winner.
As a business owner myself, I have been fortunate to work with a variety of different business across many sectors. This has given me an insight into many different systems and structures, what works and what doesn’t!
As much as I loved the diversity of a customer-facing role – which was fast-paced, required quick thinking and a proactive approach; it was my attention to detail and drive for accuracy that moved me into executive assistant and system development roles.
It’s a combination of the two areas that have led me to create and develop Above & Beyond Admin Services.
